Disheng Technology Kicks Off 2025 with a “First Lesson on Safety”

On February 5, Disheng Technology welcomed back its entire workforce for the first day of operations after the holiday break. To help everyone quickly refocus on their responsibilities and reinforce a culture of safe production, General Manager Xu Jiabing delivered a “First Lesson on Safety” to all employees.

During his address, Mr. Xu urged everyone to snap out of any post-holiday mindset and concentrate on upholding safety guidelines from day one. He reminded employees that a strong sense of responsibility and a fresh, motivated spirit are vital for ensuring a smooth start to the new year.

Mr. Xu guided staff through the company’s safety production responsibilities and disciplinary standards in his lecture, while referencing learning from past incidents in the chemical industry to highlight the serious consequences of safety lapses. Furthermore, Mr. Xu acknowledged potential fatigue from the holiday period and called on teams to step up safety awareness and enforcement.
